It is also consistent and fair, so whether you apply for a summer internship, business placement or graduate role the process will be the same.  For roles in the UK the first step is to complete and submit the online application form.  You will be invited to complete online psychometric tests relevant to the specific area of expertise.  If successful at this stage you could be invited to meet our people through a first round interview and then be invited to a final round assessment day consisting of a final interview with a Partner and some group activities.
