Induction

Working with us, your induction starts from the moment you accept a job offer. We keep in touch with you right through until your start date, and invite you to social events in the summer to start meeting some of the team. Then, a detailed induction week allows you to meet all the other new starters and gain an overview of the company and its operations. This is followed by our Hot-House, where you will develop the skills to help you to be effective in your team right from the start.
