C&W Summer Programme offers graduates in their second year of study and also in their penultimate year of study to embark on an 4 week intensive programme where you will learn from top professionals, gain knowledge from like minded peers and attend workshops and lectures designed to equip you for the world of work.

C&W Summer Programme is a prestigious 4 week programme designed to put students through their paces on a demanding yet rewarding course of learning and real hands on experience. The programme provides a unique opportunity for you to discover whether becoming a chartered surveyor and C&W is right for you, while taking those first critical steps on the career ladder. You will be able to build your network of contacts with senior management, and the combination of on-the-job training, will ensure maximum benefit from your time with us and enable you to make the most informed decision possible when you graduate from University.

You will have the unique opportunity to work first hand with these teams and also their clients, giving you valuable experiences.

What will you do?

During the 4 week Summer Programme you will attend workshops and gain knowledge and understanding from professionals at C&W. You will be within a team and you will work with clients and team members on projects and day-to-day business issues. Each student will be assigned a buddy within their department, which will take care of your experience while you are with us.

You will have the opportunities to attend site visits, meetings, data handling, and partake in research.
