Graduate Building Surveyor
If you are looking for a varied and challenging role then Building Surveying could be for you. This field is one of the most interesting areas of the surveying practice involving end to end involvement in commercial developments beginning with the feasibility stage and continuing through to completion.
What Will I Be Doing?
You will join a specifically tailored training programme which will provide you with all the experience within our Project Management and Consultancy team that you need to ensure that you have the best opportunity to gain your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) first time.
Am I Eligible?
We are looking for cognate graduates in London. For all opportunities you will need to demonstrate a strong academic record and have a real passion for the built environment. You will have a good eye for detail and enjoy discovering solutions for a wide range of projects from dilapidations and contract administration to building pathology. You will be on course for a minimum 2:1 in a specific accredited Building Surveying undergraduate degree.
