Induction

Working with us, your induction starts from the moment you accept a job offer. We keep in touch with you right through until your start date and invite you to social events over the summer to ensure that you start meeting some of the team.

When you join us you will receive a detailed induction week, which allows you to meet all the other new starters and gain an overview of the company and its operations. From the outset you will begin to log your experience, which will count towards your APC submission including attending seminars on property awareness, financial awareness and team working. This will enable you to develop the skills to help you be an effective member of the team right from the start.

At the end of your induction, and as part of our on-going commitment to the community you will participate in a team building day with your peers working on a community run project. This could be anything from working on an inner city farm to clearing vegetation from local conservation areas. No matter what you do, you will get to know your colleagues and have a great time giving something back to the local area.
