At C&W we want you to grow your options from a good, solid foundation in the core aspects of your profession. Where you complete your rotations depends upon where you want to take your career and fulfilling the requirements for the APC. Our graduates complete 3×10 month rotations and we believe that this will provide you with the breadth and depth of experience that is required to give you the best opportunity of passing your APC Assessment first time. It also provides you with the time to develop significant roles and relationships within these teams.

There is also the opportunity to rotate into regional teams such as Manchester and Birmingham to gain invaluable experience of the wider property market. As and when business needs demand, there could be the opportunity to work abroad for a 6 month rotation and graduates have previously taken roles in cities including Budapest, Bucharest, Prague, Lisbon, Paris and Warsaw.
