Professional Development
We take your professional development as seriously as you do. Graduate roles are designed to give you the chance to achieve personal success as early as possible and you will take part in a fully structured and approved RICS APC training programme. This will start from day one as you complete your induction and will continue right through to your “success dinner” with the UK CEO upon qualification.
As well as your own department’s essential training, you’ll be able to attend internal course and seminars to ensure that you are fully up to speed with your mandatory and optional competencies. You will develop a full understanding of the levels that are required whilst adding to the skills acquired on your induction. In addition, we offer support for further education, including MSc sponsorship for non-cognate students and MBA courses.
The opportunities to learn, develop and socialise through training programmes at C&W are second to none. For instance, we take a select number of high performers to Chamonix for 3 days inspirational, personal and leadership development every year, rubbing shoulders with like-minded rising stars from across our EMEA business.
