Located in Warsaw with over 100 employees, the Polish office has continued to perform well within difficult markets. In 2010 transaction volume in the Polish market totalled around EUR 2 bn, the highest figure since the previous peak in 2006-2007. The retail sector was the most popular segment with investors and accounted for more than 50% of transaction volume.

C&W Poland continues to search for local and international talent and the culture within the office is one that recognises the need to nurture talent for the future. Students are channelled through existing business career paths within the region and successful individuals will be offered an initial one year contract as part of their structured training programme. You can meet the team locally at the Warsaw School of Economics, Lodz University, Warsaw Technical University and we have developed an international relationship with Sheffield Hallam University within the UK.

C&W Poland also takes part in the annual internship competition “Grasz o Staż” organised by PwC and Gazeta Wyborcza.
